Marina lleva trabajando muchos años con educadores y niños y el disco está pensado para utilizarlo en las aulas, aunque también es apropiado para cualquier persona que quiera aprender a vivir el presente de manera consciente.
En la escuela, sería recomendable practicar las meditaciones al comienzo de las clases. En casa sin embargo, sería un buen momento al final del día.
Las últimas cuatro piezas son instrumentales, para que te animes a crear tu propia meditación, adecuándola al grupo de niños y a las diferentes edades o simplemente para relajarte con la música.
