We started the day on wrong foot!!!! Fortunately the tour company understood us and finally we were on the road. Our guide at Bilbao was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and kind person. We really enjoyed her expertise. The old town is very nice and interesting. The history is amazing. Guggenheim has a great design. Surrounding area is impressive. We then take a drive on the costal towns and villages with a different guide. She was very young and very helpful for us to understand the importance of costal part of the country. We really enjoyed. Overall, with a false start, it was still a memorable tour.

It was just the two of us on our day trip to Bilbao. We saw a lot during our day which was well paced, not rushed, and very informative. Our guide, Angel, was very well informed and able to answer all our questions. This was a fabulous way to get an overview of Bilbao, and the region. With an interest in history and architecture, he was the perfect guide for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our day.
